Sanwreej is a small village of 6400 hectares in Phalodi Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sanwreej depends on Phalodi, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sanwreej is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Sanwreej's pin code is 342314[4], and village code is 01928600. The area of Sanwreej is segregated as 21 hectares irrigated area, 5521.36 hectares unirrigated, the 787.24 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 70.16 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Sanwreej is a census village in the district of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3720 and has total administration over 615 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Phalodi and Jodhpur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
