Sandpur is a small village of 278 hectares in Ramganj Mandi Tehsil in Kota district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sandpur depends on RAMGANJ MANDI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 50.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sandpur is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Sandpur's pin code is 326519[3], and village code is 03830400. The area of Sandpur is segregated as 86 hectares irrigated area, 105 hectares unirrigated, the 55 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 32 hectare area not available for cultivation.
