Sameecha is a small village of 821 hectares in Kumbhalgarh Tehsil in Rajsamand district, known for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sameecha depends on NATHDWARA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sameecha is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Sameecha's pin code is 313321[4], and village code is 03010600. The area of Sameecha is segregated as 105 hectares irrigated area, 135 hectares unirrigated, the 80 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 427.9 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Sameecha has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Sameecha is a census village in the district of Rajsamand, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1543 and has total administration over 318 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of NATHDWARA and Rajsamand to sell ghee and make their living.
