Samarth Jurel (born January 5, 1985) is an Indian television actor known for his versatile roles in drama series and youth-oriented programming.[1] He gained further public attention after participating in the reality show Bigg Boss, which also led to significant media scrutiny and controversy. Samarth Jurel is a part of Laughter Chefs 2.[2]

Early Life and Education

Samarth Jurel was born and raised in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. From an early age, he showed a keen interest in the performing arts and participated in various school dramas and local theater productions. He pursued formal education in acting and performance studies, undertaking a diploma program at a reputed theater institute in Mumbai.

Career

Jurel made his acting debut in the early 2000s with a minor role in a popular television soap opera.[3] His breakthrough came when he was cast as a lead in the television series Astitva – The Journey (2010–2012), where his portrayal of a sensitive yet strong-willed character earned him critical acclaim and a growing fan base.[4]
