Sam Hayward (born 12 April 1994) was a Canadian Rugby Union player who played for the Canadian National Rugby Union Team in 15s[1] and Sevens[2]. He was a utility back who played the Fly-Half, Centre and Full-Back positions.
Hayward previously played for Birmingham Moseley[3] in the National League One and Australian team Western Sydney Two Blues[4] in the Shute Shield. He also played for Sydney University[5] and Burnaby Lake.
Hayward began his international career for Canada in 2014 at the Junior World Rugby Trophy in Hong Kong[6] before being selected at the senior level in both 15s and Sevens.
