Salih Kalyon was born in Ağrı in 1946. He is an actor. He is known for some TV series like Ezel (2009), Bizimkiler (1989) and some movies like Organize İşler (2005), Vizontele (2001) .
Early life And education
Salih Kalyon got his primary and secondary education in Sakarya. When he got graduate from secondary education he ended his education career. He went to Istanbul when he was 18. He began his professional career at 18 in Ankara Sanat Theatre with “Sultan Gelin”.
His actor career and theatre
In his early career Salih Kalyon decided to get into children’s theatre and wrote and played some children’s theatre for 20 years. In one of his interviews he explains why he didn’t play in cinema for a long time with “When I went to Istanbul as an actor for theatre I’d always go to sets and watch them. When I finish my watching I’d always be grateful for myself because the cinema wasn’t the cinema that I always dreamed of." He played some of series and films too but his main interest was in theatre.
Personal Life
His Father was clock repairman and he has 5 siblings. He married with İnci Kalyon until her death at 2018. He has a doughter from this marriage named Ekin Kalyoncu.
