Sakrai is a small village of 1193 hectares in Sikar Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sakrai depends on Udaipurwati, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 44.95% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sakrai is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Sakrai's pin code is 332721[4], and village code is 01702200. The area of Sakrai is segregated as 44.95 hectares irrigated area, 50.64 hectares unirrigated, the 7.86 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 42.28 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Sakrai has One post office (Sakraimata B.O). The village is connected with a single bus service. Sakrai has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Udaipurwati and Sikar to sell pickle and make their living.
