Saket Saurabh is a Cinematographer who works in the Indian film industry.

Early Life

Saket Saurabh was born in Tharbitta, Supaul District, Bihar, and raised in diverse regions of India. He briefly studied Commerce before transitioning to LV Prasad Film & TV Academy Chennai, where he graduated with a diploma in Cinematography in 2012.

Career

Saket started his career as an assistant cinematographer with Bhaag Milkha Bhaag and proceeded to assist cinematographer P. C. Sreeram ASC for OK Kanmani, Ki & Ka, and Shamitabh. He also worked as a second-unit cinematographer in several Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Bengali language films.

In 2014, Saket earned his first credit as director of photography for a crowd-funded film, Naya Pata directed by Pawan K Shrivastava released through PVR Director's Rare. His movie The Lost Behrupiya won the National Film Award for Best Arts/Cultural Film at the 61st National Film Awards. Saket was nominated for Best Cinematographer at Madrid Film Festival for the film Aadha Chand Tum Rakhlo which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2015.

Presently he is working on three feature films[1][2][3][4] and web series[5][6] which is set to release in 2024.
