Sahnawali is a small village of 196 hectares in Bharatpur Tehsil in Bharatpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sahnawali depends on Bharatpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sahnawali is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Sahnawali's pin code is 321025[4], and village code is 01040900. The area of Sahnawali is segregated as 101 hectares irrigated area, 70 hectares unirrigated, remaining 25 hectare area not available for cultivation.
