Sahalpur is a small village of 93 hectares in Pahari Tehsil in Bharatpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sahalpur depends on Kaman, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sahalpur is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Sahalpur's pin code is 321204[4], and village code is 00953200. The area of Sahalpur is segregated as 20 hectares irrigated area, 39 hectares unirrigated, the 5 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 29.43 hectare area not available for cultivation.
