Sagwariya is a small village of 196 hectares in Nimbahera Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sagwariya depends on Chittaurgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sagwariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Sagwariya's pin code is 312601[4], and village code is 03649600. The area of Sagwariya is segregated as 93.59 hectares irrigated area, 67.92 hectares unirrigated, the 34.49 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chittaurgarh and Chittorgarh to sell ghee and make their living.
