Sadokan is a small village of 2123 hectares in Nagaur Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sadokan depends on Nagaur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, which is 11.05% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sadokan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Sadokan's pin code is 341001[4], and village code is 01809400. The area of Sadokan is segregated as 11.05 hectares irrigated area, 1352.25 hectares unirrigated, the 603.1 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 156.11 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Sadokan is a census village in the district of Nagaur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1909 and has total administration over 325 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Nagaur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
