Sabniyan is a small village of 3130 hectares in Lunkaransar Tehsil in Bikaner district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sabniyan depends on SURATGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sabniyan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Sabniyan's pin code is 334604[4], and village code is 00510900. The area of Sabniyan is segregated as 2878 hectares unirrigated, the 149 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 102.52 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Sabniyan is a census village in the district of Bikaner, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2086 and has total administration over 335 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of SURATGARH and Bikaner to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
