Sabita Pokharel is a famous Nepali journalist and songwriter[1][2][3][4][5] working under the label Musickhabar since 2011. As a songwriter with rising fame in Nepal, Sabita has continuously pursued her career in journalism too.
Background
Sabita has been a journalist working under the label Musickhabar since 2011 and suddenly had the dream of becoming a songwriter. She was a wild-spirited child since early years with the fondness present towards reading books, biography and poems. As the youngest child out of 7 children she was pampered by everyone.
Over the decades of continuously writing poems and songs, her first song "Maitiko aagani" was recorded in 2018. This song was able to gain a recognizable amount of support from the netizens. With the succes of her debut song, she was successful in releasing her second song "Dhate Mari Jaam" in 2021 which became a sensational hit. Recently, she has released her latest song "Ek chimti sindur", which was sung by the top singers of Nepal Anju Panta. This emotional song was able to make everyone cry with the realistic lyrics and sensational voice.
Working in the Nepal's no.1 Musical newspaper: Musickhabar as the chief editor, she has also been one of the respectable journalist/reporters of Nepal. She has also been able to get many awards and honors till date. With this much success achieved she also recently organized her very own Awar show:1st Shivashakti Teej Award
