Sze Kyran is the Founder and Chairman of KYSS Properties[1], a company which specializes in Property Investment, Property Development and Project Management[2].

Kyran is also an Owner and Director of Castic-SMP Machinery Corporation[3].

Before Kyran became a Property Investor and Developer, he was one of the 4 Founders of the architectural group Aedas[4]. Kyran was the Managing Director, Project Director and Authorized Person upon many large scale projects of the company士[5], with an annual fee income of over HK$2.3 Billion[6].

Kyran Sze was the 136th Chairman of The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon; he is/was a Member of the Court, Standing Committee, Council, and Chairman of the Campus Development Committee of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology; Board Member of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) Campus Development Board[10]; Chairman of China Eastern Region and Vice President of The Hong Kong Real Property Federation; Chairman of Fu Hong Society[11]; Honorary President and Convenor of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao-Bay Area Economic And Trade Association[12]; Chairman of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers – Hong Kong Chapter.

Honours & awards

Kyran was elected 40+ Distinguished Fellow by the 40+ Association in year 2012[13]. In year 2005, Kyran was appointed by the HKSAR Chief Executive to be a Member of Commission on Strategic Development of the HKSAR[14]. In year 2017, Kyran was awarded the Medal of Honour by the HKSAR Government for his outstanding professional achievements and services to the community[15].
