Originally working as a breakfast radio announcer in Mount Gambier, South Australia,[2] Warren has anchored Triple M Melbourne’s Rush Hour with James Brayshaw and Billy Brownless since 2018.

He is commonly referred to as "Rabs", "Rabbits", or "Rabbits Bartholomew" either in reference to his surname or legendary Australian sports commentator Ray Warren.

In 2022, The Rush Hour returned to the drive time slot of 4-6pm on Triple M Melbourne[3] and across regional Victoria and Hobart.
