Rupawas is a small village of 2468 hectares in Sojat Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rupawas depends on Sojat, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Rupawas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Rupawas's pin code is 306401[4], and village code is 02414900. The area of Rupawas is segregated as 39 hectares irrigated area, 1892 hectares unirrigated, the 397 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 140 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Rupawas has One post office (Rupawas B.O) and One Hundred Fifty public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Rupawas is a census village in the district of Pali, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2170 and has total administration over 469 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sojat and Pali to sell heena powder and make their living.
