Roopeli is a small village of 768 hectares in Sujangarh Tehsil in Churu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Roopeli depends on SUJANGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Roopeli is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Roopeli's pin code is 331503[4], and village code is 00657300. The area of Roopeli is segregated as 709.09 hectares unirrigated, the 43.71 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 15.49 hectare area not available for cultivation.
