Dr. Ronnel Pazon Ybañez is an exemplary individual and businessman who is currently the President of Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corporation, Chunnel and Channel Foundation Incorporated, C and C Academy Incorporated and is also the president of the prestigious award giving bodies such as Asia’s Golden Icon Awards, Asia’s Pinnacle Awards and Asia’s Modern Hero Awards all under Asia’s Golden Icons Awards and Events Incorporated which recognizes prominent individuals and entities that have a significant impact in the society all over the world.
A force to be reckoned with in Real Estate, he is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Licensed Environmental Planner. He has been working alongside with some of the biggest real estate developers and ranked as Top Broker such as Axeia Development Corporation, 8990 Holdings Inc, P.A. Alvarez Properties Inc., P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin and SHLDC. Under his leadership, he received the recognition as the Best Trusted Real Estate Marketing Company by the Annual Global Awards as well as Best Real Estate Marketing Company by the Seal of Excellence in 2021 further solidifying his status as a top Real Estate Broker.
Aside from being a multi-awarded Real Estate Broker, he has been a recipient for multiple Awards both Local and in the International Scene. He finished his Masteral Degree at De La Salle University–Dasmarinas,Executive Class,where he is continuing his PhD. He has received the following Honorary Causa: Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership and Management,Doctor of Humanities in Social and Community Development,and more recently,Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy and Administration in Asian University International.
Dr. Ronnel Pazon Ybanez's dedication towards human advocacy is clearly demonstrated by being an active advocate of serving, molding and supporting young children who have been victims of abuse and exploitation.He is also a supporter for people who are differently abled and has also joined a lot of activities that focuses on environmental preservation.
