Rome De Bellegarde is an independent Cognac brand produced in the Grande Champagne region of Cognac [1]. The Brand's name comes from a long family heritage and honours Dantes Bellegarde, who was a celebrated Haitian Diplomat and contributed to the Haitian independence [2]. The brand is renown for having sold the world's most expensive Cognac shot in 2018 and has won a Guinness World's Record for it [3].

The Limited Edition XO are made from 100% Ugni blanc, aged for more than 25 Years in Oak barrels and carefully blended with rare aged Eaux-De-Vie from Grande Champagne vineyards. Rome De Bellegarde also has Ageless bottles, which are the first cognac to be bottled by iconic master blender Jean Filloux in 1894 [4].
