Roman Dubov is a Russian/Hungarian entrepreneur and sports executive,[1] ex-president of Convers Group sports division and former co-owner of Portsmouth.[2] He is the owner of consulting agency Workforce Bank London[3] and co-owner of Total Sports Investments LLP.[4]
