Early life and education
Tomassi was born George W. Miller on April 2, 1969, in Los Angeles, California. He attended school in Pasadena, California. He holds a degree in behaviorism psychology and is a graduate of the University of California.[5]
Career
Tomassi is an established writer who has emerged as a prominent figure within the male-focused online community "Red Pill." The "Red Pill" community centers its discussions on intersexual and sexual power dynamics within the broader context of male self-development. Tomassi is recognized as the "Godfather of the Red Pill" and has maintained a consistent presence in the 'Manosphere' for two decades.[6]
In 2011, Rollo started The Rational Male blog, addressing intersexual dynamics and their impact on relationships, social norms, and gender roles.[7] The blog is based on evolutionary psychology and objectivism. It explores various aspects of male and female nature, gender dynamics, and the metaphorical concept of the "red pill," symbolizing insights into intersexual realities.[8] Drawing on his life experiences and nearly a decade of engagement in forums as a platform for testing ideas on sexual dynamics and attraction, Tomassi has become a notable author contributing to the discourse within the manosphere and men's rights community.[9]
In 2013, Tomassi authored a book series, with the initial publication titled "The Rational Male." The inaugural volume compiles essays from Tomassi's website, The Rational Male, and contributions from various dating advice forums.[10][11]
Building on the success of the first book, subsequent installments were published, namely "The Rational Male: Preventive Medicine" (2015), "The Rational Male: Positive Masculinity" (2017), "The Rational Male: Religion" (2021), and "The Rational Male - The Players Handbook: A Red Pill Guide to Game" (2022). The series has been an international best-seller since its publication in 2013.[12]
Tomassi operates a YouTube channel and podcast, "The Rational Male," focusing on intersexual dynamics, relationships, book-related topics, 'unplugging from The Matrix,' and Red Pill awareness.[13]
He is also the co-host of the Access Vegas Podcast and made guest appearances on various podcasts, such as Wealthy Dad and Andrew Kibe, discussing topics such as how women allegedly influenced Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, and Bill Gates.[14]
