Roberto Balls Sallouti (São Paulo, February 26, 1972) is a Brazilian people businessman, economist and Philanthropist (disambiguation). He is CEO of BTG Pactual and member of the boards of directors of BTG Pactual, MercadoLibre, Banco Pan and Febraban.[1][2] Sallouti has been with BTG Pactual since 1994 and assumed the executive presidency in 2015.[3] He holds a Bachelor's degree|BA in Economics, specializing in Finance and Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania|Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania.[4]

Sallouti serves as the founding president of Instituto V5 and member of the advisory boards of Parceiros da Educação, BRASA, Wharton for Latin America, MASP|the São Paulo Museum of Art and Recode.[5] In partnership with other entrepreneurs, Sallouti was part of a pioneering project in Brazil to form an endowment fund and implement a new governance model which saved the São Paulo Museum of Art (MASP) from bankruptcy.[6][7][8]

Under Sallouti's command, BTG Pactual launched its digital initiative in 2016, aimed at strengthening the institution's presence in the retail market.
