Rishi Anand Kuppa is an English actor. He is known for his works in the feature films A Boy Called Christmas and Come Away, as well as the television series The North Water. He is also know for his voice over work for Little Baby Bum and Sea of Love.
Career
Rishi started his foray into the entertainment world by working in an advert for CBBC (Everyone's welcome[1]) at the age of four.
In 2018, Rishi [2]began filming his first feature film, Come Away, starring Angelina Jolie and David Oyelowo and directed by Brenda Chapman. He played Tootles, one of the Lost Boys. The film was released at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival and became available on Amazon Prime Video.
In April 2019 it was announced that Rishi [3] had been cast alongside Jim Broadbent, Sally Hawkins, Kristen Wiig, Toby Jones and Maggie Smith in A Boy Called Christmas, a feature film adaptation of the acclaimed novel by Matt Haig about the origins of Father Christmas.
In the same year, Rishi got selected to play the role of Gaurav [4]for the BBC mini drama series titled The North Water (TV series).
In late 2021, Rishi turned to voiceover work and began voicing one of the lead roles, Ahan, in the Little Baby Bum[5] produced Children's television series, "Music Time", directed by Sharon Miler and set to release in September 2023 on Netflix.
