In July 2020, Duffy was appointed Head of Goalkeeping at Keynsham Town F.C..[1] where he oversaw the development of all goalkeepers within the club from U18s to 1st team.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Duffy went back to university to study football coaching and development which he completed with a distinction in 2022.

Duffy left Keynsham Town to come out of retirement in August 2021 when he signed for Hengrove Athletic F.C.[2]

It wasn't long before he retired once again when he was offered a role within the Bristol City Women's RTC. Duffy became responsible for the development of all RTC goalkeepers from U11-U16. In March 2022, he also became goalkeeper coach for Bristol City WSL academy. Duffy is still in these roles today and has a close working relationship with the 1st team goalkeeper coach.
