Revived Soldiers Ukraine is a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization[1] dedicated to assisting wounded Ukrainian soldiers with medical rehabilitation and providing medical and humanitarian aid in Ukraine.[2]
The organization was founded in 2015 and more recently, in 2019, the Nonprofit established "Next Step Ukraine", a facility for the treatment of neurological injuries, in Irpin, Ukraine[3][4]. Since 2019, the team of rehabilitation specialists of the Next Step Ukraine has provided rehabilitation services for more than 300 Ukrainian soldiers.[3]
The organization also helps with treatment and transportation fees for the procedures.[5]
Awards
In September 2021, Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy awarded Revived Soldiers Ukraine the highest civilian award - the “Order of Princess Olha”.[6]
Revived Soldiers Ukraine was nominated and won in two categories by the Charitable Ukraine Foundation 2021: “Defending Ukraine” and “Volunteer of the Year” 2021 personal award.[7]
