Rekoowala is a small village of 458 hectares in Baytoo Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rekoowala depends on BARMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Rekoowala is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Rekoowala's pin code is 344034[4], and village code is 02128600. The area of Rekoowala is segregated as 445 hectares unirrigated, remaining 13.21 hectare area not available for cultivation.
