Rehra is a small village of 205.3 hectares in Utraula Tehsil in Balrampur district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rehra depends on Tulsipur (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Rehra's pin code is 271306[4], and village code is 06647600. The area of Rehra is segregated as, 507 hectares unirrigated area.

Rehra has One post office (Kotia B.O). Rehra has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Rehra is a census village in the district of Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 3590 and has total administration over 531 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
