Rehan Khan Lodhi (born April 15, 2004, in Karachi), is a Pakistani Pashto chemical engineer and sports fan. His family migrated from Afghanistan when Pakistan was established. His father, Akram Lodhi, is a doctor who runs his own clinic near the family home. Rehan has five brothers, and is the youngest child. His brother Liaquat Ali Lodhi operates the Smart Angels Grammar School.

Rehan completed his early education at Usman Public High School and then pursued his secondary education at Cadet College Gadap, Karachi, where he graduated with a first division in his FSC degree. He hoped to join the Pakistan Army, so he started working towards that goal. He initially appeared for the 148th Long Course test but did not pass. However, he didn't give up and successfully cleared the 149th PMA Long Course test. He proceeded to the ISSB test, but was not recommended.

He then continued his education at Karachi University, majoring in chemical engineering. In addition to academics, he has a passion for sports. He served as the captain of his college football team, and he also represented his college in hockey, cricket, basketball, and swimming.
