Ray William Ramirez (born November 26, 1997) is an American entrepreneur, real estate investor, and educator known for his business acumen, generosity, and commitment to his community. Ramirez owns a real estate company that specializes in house flipping and selling refurbished properties.[1]

Early life and education
Ramirez was born and raised in Elmhurst, New York, in a family that faced financial struggles, with his parents working long hours to make ends meet. Despite these challenges, Ramirez had a talent for basketball, which he pursued with passion. However, he soon realized that his dream of becoming a professional basketball player was unlikely to come true since he lacked the physical attributes required to play at that level.[2]
Unwilling to give up, Ramirez shifted his focus to entrepreneurship. He started by selling sneakers online and quickly expanded his business to other areas of commerce by utilizing his understanding of the local market to spot opportunities. His business grew rapidly, leading him to open his own brick-and-mortar store in Queens.
Career
At the age of 16, Ramirez dropped out of high school and began working for a trading company. He was introduced to Jay Rehan, who motivated him to enter the field of automotive sales. However, after being dismissed from a dealership job, Ramirez worked diligently in various positions to refine his skills in sales. Eventually, he secured a position at the Transportation Security Administration and dedicated two years to save his income and assist his parents in buying a house.[3]
Ramirez became interested in the real estate industry after being introduced to the concept of house flipping by the seller from whom his family purchased their house. He decided to enter the real estate flipping business to achieve financial independence. He began reading several books on real estate, purchased several properties, and honed his skills in the industry. His company specializes in purchasing run-down properties, renovating them, and selling them at a profit, and he has amassed multiple properties throughout New York, making him a highly sought-after real estate investor for refurbished homes.[4]
Ramirez now seeks to assist his students in achieving success by offering an affordable real estate course based on his own journey, learning, and experience.
