Ratanpura is a small village of 406 hectares in Niwai Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ratanpura depends on Todaraisingh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Ratanpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ratanpura's pin code is 304022[4], and village code is 02659000. The area of Ratanpura is segregated as 255.34 hectares irrigated area, 53.64 hectares unirrigated, the 83.58 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 13 hectare area not available for cultivation.
