Ratangarh is a small village of 929 hectares in Masuda Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ratangarh depends on Beawar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 81.76% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ratangarh is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ratangarh's pin code is 305623[4], and village code is 02511800. The area of Ratangarh is segregated as 280 hectares irrigated area, 234.16 hectares unirrigated, the 133.12 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 282.04 hectare area not available for cultivation.
