Raneela is a small village of 1259 hectares in Bamanwas Tehsil in Sawai Madhopur district, also known for Ranthambore National Park in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Raneela depends on GANGAPUR CITY, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Raneela is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Raneela's pin code is 322211[4], and village code is 01277900. The area of Raneela is segregated as 132.78 hectares irrigated area, 997.05 hectares unirrigated, the 56.5 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 73.04 hectare area not available for cultivation.
