Raneegpura is a small village of 144 hectares in Banera Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Raneegpura depends on Bhilwara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Raneegpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Raneegpura's pin code is 311401[4], and village code is 02831100. The area of Raneegpura is segregated as 17.32 hectares irrigated area, 28.72 hectares unirrigated, the 34.65 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 32.19 hectare area not available for cultivation.
