Randall King is an American country singer and songwriter. He is signed with Warner Music.[1]
His father was a trucker, and he grew in the small town Hereford, Texas. He moved to Lubbock in 2009 to study at Texas Tech. While at college, he heard local acts and decided to start playing music himself. Two years later, he transferred to South Plains College, studying music production, while also playing music on his own. He formed his Americana group the Randall King Band, releasing the album Old Dirt Road. Then King decided to go solo with traditional country sound. He released the EP Another Bullet in 2016 followed by the self-titled album Randall King in 2018.[2] "Tuggin' on My Heartstrings" became his single from the album. He also released EP Leanna with Warner Music, named after his late sister.[3][4] His work is described as "Neo-traditional Country Revivalist" music.[2]
King is scheduled to make his debut on the Grand Ole Opry on March 15, 2022.[2][3]
