Rampura is a small village of 144 hectares in Nimbahera Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rampura depends on Nimbahera, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 25.90% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Rampura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Rampura's pin code is 312612[4], and village code is 03665400. The area of Rampura is segregated as 32.68 hectares irrigated area, 24.31 hectares unirrigated, the 63.2 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 24.26 hectare area not available for cultivation.
