M. V. Ramana Reddy (born 10 July 1966) is an Indian – origin artist, specializing in Sculpture, Conceptual art, and Installation art. He is an eminent artist and a dynamic personality. A Master of Fine Arts and a Gold Medalist in Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from formerly JNTU and now Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University, Hyderabad in 1991. Went on a Cultural Exchange tour to Germany, sponsored by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, Government of India in 1991. He worked on Public Art Installations and exhibited his works at Railway Station Ulm (Deutsche Bahn), Ulm Hauptbahnhof, Museum Shelklingen, Künstler Gilde, Ulm, Schwaben Theater Landestheater Schwaben, Gallery Mueller & Plate, Munich, Chitrakala Parishath, Bangalore Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, Kultur Förderkreis, Kaisheim, Goethe Zentrum Freiburg, Tagore Centre Berlin, Messezentrum Salzburg. He has traveled extensively over 80 nations.

Ramana’s notable work “Telangana Martyrs Memorial”, the world’s largest seamless stainless steel (316L) structure constructed at Lumbini Park, Hyderabad (2023) has brought him global recognition. His works are at Park Hyatt Hyderabad, Novotel, Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, Kanbay, Sierra Atlantic, GHMC Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, TIF MSME-Green Industrial Park, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University, HMR,Harita Plaza Hyderabad, IIIT Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies Idpulapaya, SWEROES, TSPSC Telangana State Public Service Commission, Telangana Sahitya Academy, Municipal Corporation at Mahbubabad, and countries like in USA, Japan, Germany, and India. Ramana has received numerous awards including the First Best Sculptor of Telangana State, awarded by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana on the occasion of State Formation Celebrations in 2015, Vishistha Puraskaram by Potti Sree Rramulu Telugu University, and awarded with Kalaratna by Vamsi International, special award by Minister of Culture, Government of India on the occasion of National Cultural Festival, Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav 75th Anniversary of Indian Independence.subject's popular name. Recipient of the First Best Sculptor awarded by the Govt of Telangana - 2015 Received Fellowship from Dr. Reddy’s Foundation for two years 2014 & 2015 Awarded ‘Kalaratna’ by Vamsi International – 2016 Travel grant to Germany in 1991, sponsored by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) Government of India.

Designed ‘Telangana Martyrs Memorial’, the world’s largest stainless steel (316L) seamless structure by Govt of Telangana at Tank Bund, Hyderabad, under construction since 2017 Designed first Telangana state Tableau, presented at the Republic Day Celebrations of India at Rajpath, New Delhi in 2015 and also submitted Tableau designs in following years 2016 & 2017 Designed a unique memorial of Late Dr. C. Narayan Reddy, an eminent poet, Padma Vibhushan, Sahitya Akademi and Jnanpith awardee, at Hanumajipet, Telangana - 2018 Art Consultant, for International Airport, Hyderabad – 2007. Extended art Consultation by developing exhibition concepts for Stadt Museum Schelklingen, Urgeschichtliches Museum Blaubeuren, pre-historic museum, Hipo Kunst Halle at Munich, Germany from 1996 - 2005 Exhibited Artworks Solo Show on the inauguration of Indian Consulate General office at Munich Germany – 2006 Designed and executed sculpture, Mural & Site-specific art projects for Park Hyatt, Novotel, Harita Plaza, Cap Gemini, GHMC and many private and corporate institutions.
