Ralawas is a small village of 506 hectares in Jodhpur Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ralawas depends on Jodhpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ralawas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Ralawas's pin code is 342037[4], and village code is 01961500. The area of Ralawas is segregated as 407.35 hectares unirrigated, the 42.1 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 56.22 hectare area not available for cultivation.
