Rico Fioroni, was the second president of World Rowing (formerly FISA) from 1926-1949. He was the successor of Eugene Baud after his passing in 1926, and was succeeded by Gaston Mullegg. He was born in Lucerne Switzerland in 1888 and died in 1981.[1] He would oversee the 26th-40th European rowing championship and would preside over FISA during World War II.
