Rajwa is a small village of 1129 hectares in Jodhpur Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rajwa depends on Jodhpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Rajwa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Rajwa's pin code is 342001[4], and village code is 01963100. The area of Rajwa is segregated as 17 hectares irrigated area, the 907 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 205 hectare area not available for cultivation.
