Rajpura Sikh is a small village of 235 hectares in Thanagazi Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rajpura Sikh depends on ALWAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Rajpura Sikh is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Rajpura Sikh's pin code is 301024[4], and village code is 00879000. The area of Rajpura Sikh is segregated as 193 hectares irrigated area, 1 hectares unirrigated, the 20 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 21 hectare area not available for cultivation.
