Rajpura is a small village of 2093 hectares in Sumerpur Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rajpura depends on Sadri, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 128.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Rajpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Rajpura's pin code is 306912[4], and village code is 02467800. The area of Rajpura is segregated as 142 hectares irrigated area, 230 hectares unirrigated, the 139 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 148 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sadri and Pali to sell coal and make their living.
