Rajpur is a small village of 115 hectares in Sagwara Tehsil in Dungarpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rajpur depends on Sagwara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Rajpur is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Rajpur's pin code is 314031[4], and village code is 03344500. The area of Rajpur is segregated as 57 hectares unirrigated, the 38 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 20 hectare area not available for cultivation.
