Raisinghpur is a small village of 198.2 hectares in Nizamabad Tehsil in Azamgarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Raisinghpur depends on Nizamabad NP, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Raisinghpur's pin code is 276206[4], and village code is 08719800. The area of Raisinghpur is segregated as 34.3 hectares irrigated area, 46.68 hectares unirrigated area. the 8.6 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 19.51 hectare area not available for cultivation.
