Rahimpura is a small village of 386 hectares in Tonk Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rahimpura depends on Tonk, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Rahimpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Rahimpura's pin code is 304001[4], and village code is 02638800. The area of Rahimpura is segregated as 4.1 hectares irrigated area, 349.9 hectares unirrigated, the 15.85 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 16.15 hectare area not available for cultivation.
