Rachel Lader is an American lawyer in the state of New York. Throughout her career, Lader has worked with numerous high-profile clients on behalf of prolific law firms such as Hach & Rose, LLP, and Tangent-EHR.[1][2]

Lader has been an active participant in political campaigns and a member of several nonprofit organizations. She is also a blog writer who shares her expertise on various social media platforms.[3]

Early life and education

Lader possesses a bachelor’s degree in political science. As an undergraduate student, Lader appeared on the Dean's List twice. In high school, she was a member of the National Honor Society. As a teen-ager, she played soccer as a member of a nationally ranked team. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Lader volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and participated in a liberal arts study abroad program at the CEA Barcelona Center in Spain.

In July 2018, she landed a two-month-long legal internship with Justice Acosta in the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court for the First Judicial Department in New York City. Subsequently, Lader acquired her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in May 2020.[4]

Career

Lader also completed an internship at the Mallilo & Grossman offices in Brooklyn and Flushing, New York, where she wrote general correspondence, such as authorizations of injuries and Bills of Particulars, and gathered case facts from prospective clients through initial screening interviews.[5][6]

Aside from that, Lader has been active with a number of political and nonprofit entities. She volunteered to serve on the Citizens Committee for former New York City comptroller William Thompson's mayoral campaign and helped to plan a successful fundraising event on Long Island. Lader has also volunteered with Realizing the Dream and collaborated with Martin Luther King Jr.'s oldest son, Martin King III, to promote freedom and equality. In addition, she worked as a campaign organizer and mentor with Best Buddies.[7]
