Rachel Dealto (born September 30, 1979 in Neptune Township, New Jersey) is an American litigator turned relationship expert and television personality, best known for her role as a relationship expert on Seasons 4 & 5 of [1] and TLC (TV network) Kate+Date. She also serves as Match.com Chief Dating Expert and appears regularly on shows such as Access Hollywood, The TODAY Show, and CNN. Rachel is also a TEDx presenter and published author, with her most recent TEDx, [2], currently featured on TED.com
Education
Rachel graduated from Seton Hall School of Law, and received her undergraduate degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She is currently completing her Master’s in Psychology at Arizona State University. Rachel is also certified in coaching and trained in hypnotherapy and meditation.
Career
Rachel is best known for her role on Married at First Sight (American TV series), where she appeared as one of the shows relationship experts from 2016-2017 . Season 4 aired on A&E Networks, while Season 5 aired on Lifetime (TV network). In 2019 she appeared on TLC [3] as a coach and host. Rachel was also the host of FYI’s social experiment Kiss Bang Love (2017), and an expert and reunion host of Lifetime’s Second Chances (2017).
Rachel also makes regular appearances on multiple National Media Outlets and serves as Match’s Chief Dating Expert. Prior to her career as a relationship expert, Rachel was a litigator in New Jersey before launching a startup in the dating space.
Rachel is the author of relatable: How to Connect with Anyone Anywhere (Even if It Scares You) via Tiller Press, a Simon and Schuster imprint.
