Queen Oluwa is a Nigerian actress and film maker.[1] She is known for playing Saratu in the movie, Saratu, The Dragooned.[2]
Early life and education
Queen Oluwa is the third child in a family of six. Oluwa received her primary school education in St. Mary Government School and secondary education in Birrel Avenue High School, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. She Obtained her Ordinary National Diploma in banking and finance from Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State.[3]
Career
Oluwa's acting career started after she joined the Odunfa Caucus in 1993, which facilitated her meeting with Kunle Makinde, who starred her in his movie, American Girl.[4] She later grabbed people’s attention after the release of her movie, Saratu. She is currently in the United States of America.[5]
1804 productions
Oluwa is the CEO of 1804 Productions, a Nigerian film and production company incorporated in 2013.[6] The company’s feature films include Saratu and Iku-Iro.
