Qari Tahir Qasmi was an instructor, administrator and religious scholar of Darul-ul-Uloom Deoband, and was the author of several books on Islamic jurisprudence.[1][2][3]
Background
Qari Tahir Qasmi was the brother Muhammad Tayyib Qasmi and grandson of Muhammad Qasim Nanautavi, the founder of the Darul Uloom Deoband.[4]
