Pyotr Karpovich Soprunenko (1908 - 23rd June 1992) was an Ukrainian Major-General who carried out the Katyn Massacre in World War 2.[1][2]
Early life & education
Sporunenko was born near Kiev in modern day Ukraine.[1]
